Terms of Service

By using proofvector.vercel.app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

ProofVector is a proof-first outreach tool. It researches a business you point it at, and generates a research-based report you can use — or share directly — as part of your outreach to that business.

It's provided by Mohamed Aziz Taamali, a solo founder based in Tunisia. Contact: aziztaamalli4@gmail.com.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person, one account — no sharing.
• You can delete your account at any time.

You may use ProofVector to research legitimate business prospects and conduct legitimate outreach. You may not use it to:

• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited bulk messages that violate anti-spam law in your jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR marketing-consent rules, or otherwise) — compliance with those laws is your responsibility, not ProofVector's.
• Research individuals rather than businesses — this is a B2B tool, built for researching companies, not people.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Circumvent rate limits, CAPTCHA, or authentication.
• Generate reports for an illegal purpose.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

• You own the inputs you provide — your product description, prospect URLs, notes, everything you type in.
• You grant us a license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service (i.e. generating your reports).
• The reports we generate are yours to use however you'd like, including sending them directly to the prospect they're about.
• You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you give us.

Reports contain research about businesses, aggregated from public sources. We make a good-faith effort to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee it — verify anything critical before acting on it. The businesses researched aren't affiliated with ProofVector in any way.

ProofVector currently offers a free tier and an anonymous try flow, at no cost.

Paid tiers may be introduced in the future. If they are, pricing will be clearly displayed before you commit to anything.

Refunds, if and when a paid tier exists, are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.

• We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee 100% uptime.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical.
• We may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime.

• The ProofVector name, logo, code, and design belong to Mohamed Aziz Taamali.
• Using the service doesn't grant you any IP rights beyond the license to use it as intended.
• The reports generated for you are yours to use.

The service is provided "as is," with no warranties beyond what's legally required. We don't guarantee that using ProofVector will get you replies, sales, or any specific outreach outcome.

Discovery results are AI-driven and may occasionally be inaccurate or off-target. Verify a report before relying on it.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, for free-tier users, is $0.

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
• We can terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
• Sections that should logically survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits — continue to apply after your account is gone.

These terms are governed by Tunisian law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are handled by the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are announced by email to your account address. Non-material changes just update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use ProofVector after a change means you accept it.
